Sarah Weldon is responsible for business development in Occitanie for CEA Tech, a technology R&D institute with 4,500 researchers, encompassing 150 specialized laboratories. CEA Tech filed 646 patents in 2020, partnering with companies in collaborative innovation to  boost their global competitiveness. Current projects focus on urban mobility, renewable energy, crisis management software involving AI, power electronics, and advanced material  processes. Prior to CEA Tech, Sarah held senior roles in business development, strategy and marketing for various technology companies in France and the US. She holds an MBA from the Anderson School of Management  at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
